The Greatest Breakfast
l d Quaker oats…every morning cooked w/ almond milk, sprinkle of coconut flakes, and one of whatever fruit I have on hand; blueberries,pomegranate, raisins, raspberries, bananas, mango, etc. Sometimes I add some pumpkinseeds or almonds. YUMMY!
 Keeps the afternoon sugar cravings away…
