Yummy Chocolate bonbons!
- Place dark chocolate into the top of a double boiler and stir over simmering water until chocolate has melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Chocolate can also be melted in the microwave. Place roughly chopped chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes on medium/ 50%/500 watt power
- Peel the bananas and cut into 1/2-inch rounds. Place the banana between the biscuit and Drop the macaron looking biscuit into the chocolate and turn to coat. Lift out with a fork and place the bonbon into a bowl with flaked coconut and cover it well. Repeat to dip and coat the remaining bisquits.
- Decorate the bon bons with nice wooden skewers and leave the bonbons until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
