Cream puffs & marshmallows tower

There are those days when you just have the burning desire to make something sweet and exiting with a WOW factor. A Cream Puff (Soesje – Dutch) is a hollow round of crisp choux pastry that is split in half, filled with a loads of whipped cream, and dusted with powdered sugar. Delicious!

Ingredients
20 Cream puffs
1 bar of pure chocolate
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 package of marshmallows

 Instruction:
Melt the sugar en the butter into a caramel substance. The sugar will start to melt and turn liquid around the edges. Use a wooden spoon, give it a gentle stir and continue to cook and stir until the sugar has transformed from crystals to liquid and the color of dark runny honey. The whole thing should take about 5 minutes from start to finish and it is important to be patient and not try to rush it. Cover the marshmallows with caramel to get a steady base to built your tower. Stick the puffs to the marshmallow caramel base. Next: melt some pure chocolate and cover the puffs with a layer and stick it to the marshmallow base. UP UP UP and here it is your very own tower made out of heavenly sweets!
