The most easiest Blueberry pancake recipe – A delicious alternative breakfast.


Ingredients:
Albert Heijn instant pancake mix
200 ml milk
200 gr blueberries
1 tblsp oil
Powdered sugar

Add 200 ml milk and 1 tblsp oil into the bottle, Shake shake shake the bottle.
Pour the mixture into a small pan. Make sure the non-stick frying pan is really hot before adding about 3 tbsp of the pancake mixture. The heat is low – medium, not to cook the pancakes too quickly on the outside. Add some blueberries in it.

Carefully lift the edge of the cooked pancake to see if it’s tinged gold as it should be. Flip the pancake over with a pan slice or palette knife to cook the other side. 
Slide it out of the pan onto a nice plate. Finish it off with some powdered sugar, Yummy breakfast is served!
