Remember my post mango lasso recipe from last year with real mango’s? (read here)
Well this recipe is even more easier!
Ingredients – serves 5 drinking glasses!
1 can Mango pulp (Buy them at the Indian/Chinese/Surinam supermarket)
1/2 liter yoghurt
1 x Fresh Mango
Pinch of cardamom
Extra tip: add water or little bit milk to make it more juicy
Pour the yogurt and mango pulp into a big can and mix it with a spoon or fresh mango in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour a little bottom of mango pulp into the glass ( just to make it look more fancy) and then add the mango lassi into glasses. Top it off with some cardamom. Serve it ice and ice cold!
