Morning smoothie

Peaches are a good source of dietary fiber and vitamins. Regular intake of peach in smoothie or any other way can help prevent cancers and make skin glow. Try this appealing and glamorous smoothie!


6 Strawberries

1 Mango

1 Peach

Cup granola / oats

75 ml Almond milk



Place some peaches,  strawberries and mango in a blender; add a cup granola or oats and a splash of almond milk and sugar (if desired). Cover and process until smooth. Pour prepared peach strawberry mango smoothie into serving glasses, garnish with fun straws (mine are from Kikkerland) or slices of fruit. Et voila! A healthy power drink before you get to work/school!
