Pink pancakes with french yoghurt topping

Any plans for breakfast, or something cute for Valentinesday? Why not serve some pink pancakes to start your day! Indulge yourself with a look a like ‘Pink velvet naked cake’ with stacks of pink pancakes
Ingredients – serves 4p
  • 2 cups Pancake mix
  • 2 tblsp pink coloring
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • French yogurt
  • Fruits
Directions
1.  In large bowl, stir the pancake mix, with milk, eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended.
2. Add some food coloring
3. For each pancake, pour 1/4 batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other sides until (very) light brown otherwise your pancake will turn brown instead of pink!
3. Serve hot pancakes with topping; if desired, sprinkle with additional honey.
Et Voila the cutest breakfast is served!
