Restaurant The Park – inspired chef Erik van Loo. This style is evidently expressed in the cuisine of chef Richard de Vries. He works with simple but high quality flavor combinations. For the atmosphere, Van Loo also was a source of inspiration. Inviting, eclectic and casual. A beautiful location to sit down for a lunch or a dinner.
We had a wonderful 4 course lunch that started off with amuses like Goulash kroket, Oysters. For the first course we had the most amazing dish: Lobster with grapefruit! Soon after that we had the signature dish: bon bon from MRIJ beef filled with potato salad, a delicious garnish of Amsterdam onion and pickle. Main course sliptong and lamb. Last but not least gorgeous plated desserts with Red fruit soup and Pistache cake with citrus.
