Farrow and Ball wallpaper in your wardrobe
Craftsmen in paint and paper, Farrow and Ball has taken inspiration from nineteenth and twentieth century French fashion for the latest additions to its wallpaper collection. Found in the Ducharne and Albert Dufours collections, the new patterns have been translated from fabric designs into dynamic new wallpapers. Discover their collection on www.farrowandball.com
The large-scale papers combine nineteenth and twentieth century design and artisinal block printing production methods with contemporary colourways, to create papers that will add fluid pattern to any style of home. Defined by their energetic movement the new designs demonstrate the enduring link between fashion and interior design. I have the feuille wallpaper in my wardrobe to make the room warm and cozy. It’s a large-scale leaf pattern that flows organically across the paper creating an almost forest like impression. Like Paisley, it is adapted directly from an 1800’s French jacquard.
